// CLIENT OUTCOMES

Let’s save us both time

  • You hold a budget and a team, and the decisions have got heavier

Questions, answered

01How is this different from other executive coaching?

I ran an operating business before I coached one. We spend the hour on the actual decision in front of you, not on a personality inventory.

02Which of the three should I take?

Most people start with a Strategy Day and decide afterwards. If you are three weeks into a new remit, take The Ninety instead.

03How much time does it take?

One hour a fortnight, plus about thirty minutes of thinking before it. The work happens in your job, not in homework.

04Can my employer pay?

Often, yes. I invoice the company and the content of the sessions still stays between us — that is written into the engagement letter.

05What actually changes?

Decisions get made in days instead of months, the conversations you have been avoiding get had, and your week stops being decided by whoever emailed last.
